The beautifully carved figure of a saint with flowing drapery and both arms held in front of her, resting on a later base.
Size 51 cms, (20 inches) with base.
The provenance of a private collector who acquired this from Sotheby’s auction house in Sussex, 28th Nov 1989. (Sotheby’s label is still visible at the bottom).
