A 19th/20th Century Gilt Bronze Rococo Tazza
Early 20th Century Gilt Bronze Rococo Tazza & French Empire Style Table Centre
This is a stunning duo of a Rococo tazza and French Empire-style table centre is a testament to the enduring beauty of 19th and 20th century design. The tazza, crafted by E. Provest, is a breathtaking example of Rococo artistry, featuring an oval bowl adorned with intricate detailing and a finely crafted bronze cupid perched atop. The base is a work of art in itself, with flowing leaf and scroll motifs that evoke the opulence and grace of the Rococo style.
The French Empire-style table centre, with its scallop-shaped dish and playful spelter cupid, is a perfect complement to the tazza. The quatrefoil base, supported by four curved scroll feet, effortlessly merges classical motifs with romantic charm, creating a sense of harmony and balance.
